Just a while ago I finished a very large article about Neptune's transit from Pisces into Aries. In it I outlined what to expect from this rather important shift.
However, there is one area important area, that I overlook as I looked more on future than at the past. In my other article about Neptune in Astrology I called Neptune a liar who leads people astray with its delusions. Neptune is also a ruler of Pisces. Spending past 14 years in his home territory, Neptune not only managed to create and spread many delusions across the globe but also helped many famous people as well as ordinary ones to do the same.
Last 14 years were liar's paradise where those who are good at it managed to spin their tall tales free from scrutiny and unchallenged by critical thinking. All sort of weird stories and fake news were flooding noosphere. Time old liar, religion, made sudden comeback from an ash heap of history and preachers were all over the place, scaring people with their tall tales or "divine judgement after death".
That however will come to an end as Neptune enters no-nonsense straightforward Aries who has no patience for such frivolities. Aries do not listen to tall lies; Aries looks on facts and makes decisions based on that. Soon some tall and large Goodwin heads will be exposed and shown just how large they really are and what kind of machines they used to project their lies.
I will cover two such compulsive liars, Rupert Murdoch and Vladimir Putin.
Rupert Murdoch
Rupert Murdoch is very old on the verge of death former head of equally old and on the verge of death business, News Corp. I already mentioned several times that newspaper is an outdated business. Why would you pay to read yesterday news when today's news is available online for free. Even for those aging analogue people, who are not comfortable with internet, there is TV. Who are papers are for then? Even more outdated and analogue people than these.
Reality is that people are simply not reading newspapers anymore. If you want evidence, just go down some news agency store and check how many people buying newspapers there are not coffee, postcards and other such small things; newspapers are bulky so you will sure notice from a distance if someone buys one. Hardly anyone buys them and those who do it are often long retired and very old people just as old and close to death and Rupert Murdoch himself.
For all intends and purposes, newspapers are dying business and News Corp cannot be one exception.
However, that is not how media and public see it. Murdoch developed a reputation of huge and powerful business and media tycoon who singlehandedly controls governments of the world with his heavily biased editorial policy. Politicians still listen to him and think that good coverage in his papers actually matters for re-election. Even opponents of Murdoch think he matters a lot and lament the power he wields over the media world and society. Murdoch is a good example of how power of Neptune's delusions could make a giant out of dying old man.
However, no matter what truth is, for the last decade and a half the delusion reigned supreme, and Murdoch's fake Goodwin head gigantism weighted heavily over the society and politics, shaping the world with his ultra conservative editorial narratives. Truth could not break through and defeat him, world lived drenched in the ugly dishonest tale he wished to spin.
Vladimir Putin
Our second person in this article is not someone who often associated with media. However, media not only made him a president, but it also shaped everything about him. Pretty much anything world and even most ordinary Russians know about Vladimir Putin is a clever lie, fabricated by media.
In Russia politicians are rather separated from common people. They do not live in community they supposed to represent, nor do they meet ordinary people casually for a chat. Back in the days Yeltsin made some strides into openness by actually interacting with common people. All that ended when Putin became president, he lives a closed off life, surrounded by servants and security. If he goes someone, security will close off all the roads in several kilometers radius allegedly to protect him, but in practice to prevent any unauthorized people from any contact with the president.
Life and public image of someone as separated from real life and real people as Vladimir Putin can be completely fabricated like a fiction book or a movie. Russian media did just that. All people know and see about Putin is carefully calculated and then carefully orchestrated by specially hired people. All people who talk to Putin on screen in any interactions are actually pre-selected actors who are following the scrips. Putin's bikers are actually hired actors. So are his judo sparring partners. His shirtless photos are photoshopped. He likely never ever hunted that white feline animal either.
Putin's media directors cleverly designed for him an image of tough badboy, because it appeals to women and because it fits well with policy Russia pursues on the world stage. Even people who dislike him, often think there is nothing they can do to stop him as people like that do not listen to anyone. Not to mention he has many fans who actually admire this tough masculinity. From distance of America, it is hard to see the backstage where all this was cooked, so people think Putin really is like that, while in reality he is nothing like that.
Real life Putin is actually rather timid and quiet person. He is likely gay and pedophile as well, otherwise why would he kiss that boy in that strange incident in Kremlin closer to beginning of his presidency. At least that is how Yeltsin's daughter described him in her book, when she got chance to see him in waning days of Yeltsin's administration. Putin is no tough guy and stark contrast to western weakness and decadence, as media makes him out to be. He is weak and small.
By extension Russia is no bastion of traditionalism in the sea of "woke liberalism". Russia is a dying country destroyed by Soviet era feminism that suffers from shortage of men.
These are truth that too fail to break through the thick fog of lies, deliberately pumped out by Russian media industry. Yes, all Russian TV channels are owned by people and structures loyal to Putin and they all push for the same narrative. Even nominally "oppositional" media is often owned by the same structures. This tight monopoly makes reaching the truth next to impossible.
If anything, Zelenski might be able to expose some of real Putin to the world. Zelenski used to work with Russian TV personalities and possibly has access to some behind the scenes footage.
Conclusion
As Neptune ends its presence in Pisces and moves into Aries, soon we will likely see fall of many of the fake giants that dominated the past so called "post-truth" era. Some will fall spectacularly and publicly, others would either whimper or disappear quietly in attempt to keep legend alive. I would rather see them fall with a bang than a whimper.
