Third Decan is where sign is waning and gradually comes to an end. Natives here are pessimistic and finally see that things coming to an end but they do not want to just accept that. Instead they want to prevent things from changing. Final degrees however is kind of last stand mentality, where no matter how desperate the situation and how pointless the resistance, they just refuse to let go.
